For Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Hartsville, Tennessee, repair, update and/or remove the existing water carrying systems and update with new systems including fascia and soffit replacement. Installation of gutter, eave strips, fascia, soffit and downspouts to the campus facility as necessary. Provide adequate drainage away from the buildings. Repair existing ancillary covering where necessary. The breezeway covering needs replacement or to be updated with repairs. Bidders are to drop off bid envelopes at front security desk by 2:00 pm on day of bid Attention: Rilla Froggatt. Contractor attendance at the bid opening is now acceptable. Contractors coming into the building must sign in at the Front Desk Security. Visitors will be escorted to the appropriate room. Additionally, a call-in number of 1-866-321-4677 code 1421 will be activated for interested parties not attending in person. ADMINISTRATION BUILDING - Remove existing drip edge roofing and gutter metal detail edge conditions only. This work will include a new 30-year roof edging attached to new gutters, downspouts, and a NEW underground boot connection installed on the outside face of the building envelope. TRUCKER BUILDING - Remove existing non-ballasted, single ply, EPDM roof over tapered insulation and install new roof system membrane, downspout, and edge gutter metal detail edge condition. This work will take the new downspouts into a NEW underground boot connection will be installed on the outside face of the existing inset gutters flush to the building envelope veneer.
