Renovation of a residential development in Endicott, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

1. Demo existing porch area and rebuild into living space per the attached stamped drawings. 2. Work shall conform to all applicable codes, be done according to manufacturers instructions if applicable, and follow industry best standards. 3. Job will not be considered complete until the job is verified and accepted by Plant Superintendent of designated supervisor. 4. All work must be warrantied to be free of defects in workmanship for one year after completion of work. 5. Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of debris created during project and for cleaning or repairing any part of the facility damaged during work. This is an RFQ (request for quotes). This is not an IFB (bid). The Broome DDSOO intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest cost and meets the requirements detailed in the scope of work. Upon request, vendor must demonstrate relevant experience on prior projects of similar magnitude. The Broome DDSO reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. In deciding whether to submit a quote, please be aware the awarded vendor must adhere to time frames outlined in the scope of work. The awarded vendor will also be required to submit certificates of Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensations Insurance as well as completed Lobbing Law Forms and Signed Appendix A. Please be prepared to submit these in a timely fashion. The Broome DDSO will make no concessions to the vendor for any alleged misunderstandings or deception because of quantity, quality, character, or other conditions. The Broome DDSO's interpretation of specifications shall be final and binging. Please note all staff working at the project site will be required to sign an attendance sheet for record purposes. This includes the residence visitors log and/or an attendance sheet provided by the maintenance department. Location: 1198 Taft Ave Endicott, NY 13760 NYS Labor Law requires that all contracted employees preforming maintenance, repairs or capital improvements in state owned buildings receive the prevailing wage and supplements rate for the occupation in which they are working. If this is a public work contract covered by Article 8 of the Labor Law or building service contract covered by Article 9 thereof, neither Contractor's employees nor employees of its subcontractors may be required or permitted to work more than the number of hours or days stated in said statutes, except as otherwise provided in the Labor Law as set forth in prevailing wage and supplement schedules issued by the State Labor Department.
