Renovation of a municipal facility in Alfred, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of December 22 ,2022 project was awarded to Presentation Concepts Corporation but awarded amount is not available.** The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and select the most qualified (Best Value) company for the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University (NYSCC) to contract with for the procurement and installation of all audio/video equipment necessary for two fully interactive classroom areas and one conference room in the new CREATE Center in the McMahon Engineering Building. The equipment also must communicate seamlessly with two other conference capable classrooms on the campus. If applicable, Bidders are responsible to measure and verify all dimensions at the time of the site visit and advise NYSCC of any discrepancies to specifications provided by NYSCC prior to bid submittal. Floor plans of the rooms will be distributed at the walkthrough.
