Renovation of a mixed-use development in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and library.
In general the scope of work includes the demolition / removal of existing curtain wall sections and the installation of new curtain wall sections. Additionally, asbestos abatement is to be expected as part of the scope of work as well as the re-installation or renovation of adjacent finished surfaces and HVAC equipment that will be affected by the removal and replacement of the identified sections of curtain wall. Work may commence at any time after October 19th, 2022 and shall be substantially completed by March 31th, 2023. Last Date for Proponent Questions/Clarifications: October 14, 2022 by 5:00:00 pm
