City of Saint Paul Public Works Department is requesting bids to establish a Master Contract for purchase and delivery Millerbernd Manufacture Light Poles and related accessories. Q and a open: October 5, 2022 5:30:00 AM Q and a close: October 20, 2022 12:30:00 AM The successful vendor shall furnish and deliver Millerbernd Light Poles and relates accessories to the Public Work Department for one-year period following contract execution. The contract may be extended for up to four (4) additional 12-months periods; if agreeable to both parties, provided that all terms are equal to the original terms. Pricing will remain firm for the duration of the contract. Upon completion of the first year period, the vendor may request an increase in pricing if they have received a verifiable increase in cost from a third party. The request must be made in writing thirty (30) days before the anticipated increase. The City reserves the right to reject the request and terminate the contract.
