Simulated barnwood textured walls-option for stonework on bottom Half, Cedar shake textured roof 3. Vitreous China fixtures to include- Sink, Urinal & Stool in one and Sink & Stool in other. Three Roll stainless steel TP holder 4. Interior & Exterior lights 5. Heaters in both restrooms & chase 6. Final connection 7. Two tone color schemes 8. Electric hand dryer, efficient electric water heater 9. Sky light in each restroom 10. Anti-graffiti coating 11. Exterior water fountain/water fill and frost-free hose bib 12. Doors-Pull Handle/Push Plate with slide lock 13. Deadbolt -Type & Part number supplied by owner 14. Two sign options specified by owner 15. Freight/delivery to the Minot, ND area, crane, off-loading and setting of the building on customer's accessible site 16. Holding Tank supplied by owner with size recommendation 17.
