Right of Entry: Participation in the State's Consolidated Debris Removal Program (State Program) is voluntary. Property owners are required to complete and sign a Right of Entry (ROE) permit to participate in the State Program. The ROE permit is the enrollment mechanism and authorizes CalRecycle and its Contractors to perform work. Public entities may also be required to complete and sign an ROE permit. CalRecycle does not control nor guarantee the ultimate number of ROE permits received. As a result, CalRecycle also does not control or guarantee the number of enrollees in the State Program. CalRecycle reserves the right to amend the budget for the Agreement represented by this RFB as needs arise. Only prequalified bidders are eligible to submit bids in response to this solicitation. The registration link will go active one (1) hour prior to the meeting start time to allow attendees time to test their connection. Bidders are advised to register early. Upon registration, you must enter your full name and the firm you represent. For a Joint Venture, attendance is required by at least one (1) representative of a Joint Venture member, with identification of the Joint Venture in the sign-in sheet. After registering, Bidder will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. The removal of bulk debris is anticipated to be completed by March 15, 2023, with the remaining fieldwork lasting an additional three (3) months for a total agreement term of nine (9) months. The Operation shall be completed by August 3, 2023.
