Provide and Install: One layer of 2x6 ACQ or PT wood nailers along perimeters and fasten 12" O.C. 5/4x6 P.T. wood blocking along all perimeters and fasten. Plywood at wall details and fasten, 2" isocyanurate insulation and fasten 1/4 " S.F. using 6" screws and 3" insulation plates. 6" Russ strip along all walls and curb details and fasten 12" O.C. .060 EPDM (White) adhered roofing system per manufacturers details and specifications. Flashings at ALL vent details per manufacturers specifications. Fabricate and install .032 aluminum drip edge along all edge perimeters and strip into system with edge tape per manufacturers instruction and specifications. Fabricate and install all necessary counterflashing at wall details. Other: All surfaces must pitch to appropriate roof drains.All work must be within normal industry standards and meet all building codes. Provide and furnish all cranes and dumpsters as needed.
