Renovation of a multi-residential development in North Dighton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Project consists of: Electric Service Upgrade and Main Panel Replacement-9 Buildings. 1. The Project consists of: The project consists of new utility underground electric service, loop feed to transformers provided by the utility company and new secondary services with distribution panels in the basement. The distribution panels will back feed the existing load centers and house panel for nine buildings. There is also selective demolition of the existing distribution system. 2. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. Underground Electrical Distribution Duct banks, including 15KV cabling, 120/208Volt secondary feeds to new House Panels & reconnection to existing feeders. The project includes Civil and Electrical Work. Direct any questions in writing to Director@DightonHA.org. The work is estimated to cost $606,375. *Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), nonrefundable, payable to the BidDocs ONLINE Inc., to cover mail handling costs. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. Completion- 150 consecutive calendar days.
