Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Prospect, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
The Harrods Creek Park Stream Crossing Project involves the removal of a temporary stream crossing, the construction of bridge abutments, the purchase/installation of a premanufactured steel bridge, ground restoration and all other appurtenant work as identified on drawings and specifications. All inquiries and questions prior to the bid opening shall be directed to Steve Emly, PE, OHM Advisors, 400 Missouri Avenue, Suite 100, Jeffersonville, IN 47130, steve.emly@ohmadvisors.com. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. All bids must be made out on the Bid Form enclosed with the contract documents With his/her bid, each Bidder must deposit a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, subject to the conditions stated in the Information for Bidders. The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest responsive, responsible bid, subject to approval by the City of Prospect. The City of Prospect reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in any bid.
