The work requested must be carried out by a company specializing in the inspection and maintenance of fire protection systems. This contract also includes a "service call" component to ensure the operation of the equipment following acts of vandalism or any other situation. DURATION OF CONTRACT The contract will be for a period of 12 months with 2 options of 12 months, either at the awarding of the contract and for the following 12 months, first year of option: from the 13th month for 12 consecutive months and second year of option: from the 25th month for 12 consecutive months SCOPE OF WORK The contractor must, for the entire duration of the contract, carry out all verifications according to the standards in force at the time of the execution of the work. The following contract is intended to prolong the life of the equipment and ensure that it provides protection and operation as designed. This estimate will determine the minimum standards to which the contractor must work. It does not in any way constitute the limit of the contractor's responsibilities and obligations.
