OU Health Physicians - South Memorial Clinic Renovation 8005 East 106th Street Tulsa, Oklahoma. This project is located at 106th and Memorial and it is a clinic owned by The University of Oklahoma. The completed project will expand the existing clinic with additional exam rooms and workspace utilizing existing classroom and charting space. This project is a renovation of an existing classroom and charting area to become exam rooms in an existing building. There are occupied spaces below and the work must be cautiously executed in order to not interrupt the existing functioning spaces. B. The work includes: 1. Minor demolition in existing clinic space. 2. Gypsum board construction and interior finishes. 3. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The mechanical includes replacing an existing rooftop unit. 4.
