Reference number : 1648412 Review Title : Snow removal, de-icing and winter maintenance work 2023-2026 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (An additional year) The Municipality of Stoke is requesting tenders for snow removal, de-icing and winter maintenance work for the fall 2023 to spring 2024, fall 2024 to spring 2025 and fall 2025 to spring 2026 seasons (3 years), with option to renew. one (1) year. It is the tenderer's responsibility to ensure that his tender is delivered on time and to the place mentioned herein. The awarding of the contract, to the lowest compliant bidder, should take place, if necessary, during the regular meeting to be held on November 7, 2022. In the event that the sanitary measures were still in effect when the bids were opened, the person wishing to attend must wait outside after dropping off the envelope at the reception before the deadline required above. A place will then be assigned to the person wishing to be present. The Municipality of Stoke does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s).
