Contractor shall remove two Lochinvar combination unit hot water heaters and old equipment. b. All equipment will be removed within all Mass. Environmental Laws and Regulations. c. Furnish and install Lochinvar condensing commercial gas water heater armor boiler d. Furnish and install two 100-125 gallon Lochinvar hot water storage tanks e. Install all electrical work to new domestic system f. Install new boiler exhaust ventilation with all necessary roof penetration. g. Fresh Air Makeup shall be modified or replaced to ensure proper air flow is provided to boiler h. Stainless steel flue piping shall be assessed and if needed changed/modified to ensure there is enough flow in piping. i. Provide training for facility managers and all supporting documents/manuals j. New piping insulation shall be installed in kind to existing insulation k. Electrical Permitting shall be sourced through the town of Reading if needed. l. Plumbing/Gas permitting shall be sourced through the Commonwealth.
