Renovation of a municipal facility in Saguenay, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work includes but is not limited to: .1 Supply and installation of a new outdoor natural gas generator on concrete slab with access and protection; .2 Demolition of existing generator including ventilation ducts, vent, chimney and cleanout slab; .3 Construction of new enclosure with fire resistance rating; .4 Required civil work as indicated in the plans and specifications. .5 All building mechanical and electrical work. .6 Coordination and cooperation with the building operator, users and subcontractors. .7 Responsibility for health and safety on site. .8 Commissioning of the facility; .9 Division 01 applies to all sections.
