This project will upgrade the original electrical systems of Gardner Hall and Caldwell Hall. The project will address the electrical system deficiencies in support of the electrical infrastructure upgrades that are being implemented on the North and Central campuses. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction administration at the university's option. In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina.
