The Work consists generally of reconstruction of the King Street Plaza and includes the supply and installation of concrete paving, amphitheater style seating, event stage, deciduous tree planting in soil cells, stairs with handrails, benches, planting beds and planter curbs, adjustment of existing structures to new elevations, electrical for lighting, stage area and events, Town sign (install only), site grading and site restoration of all disturbed areas with topsoil and hydroseed.
