Rehabilitation of the existing wet well structure and valve vault pit for the Joanne pump station with the installation of an influent macerator at the Brookside pump station located in Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic County, New Jersey. The work shall be completed within One-Hundred and Twenty (120) days of the Notice to Proceed or subject to liquidated damages of $500.00 per day. No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, provided that the said security need not be more than $20,000 nor less than $500.00 and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. State requirement for submission of the names and addresses of certain subcontractors (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-16). The provisions of the Department of Labor's current wage rate determinations and the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act are requirements of this project.
