THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE - NCO 17 ANTICIPATES ISSUING AN INVITATION FOR BID ON OR ABOUT NOVEMBER 1, 2022.
The contractor is to furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and all other incidentals necessary to renovate the community living center first floor halls and walls at South Texas VA Health Care System.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5M. The magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This project will be 100 percent set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer.
