The contractor is to furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and all other incidentals necessary to renovate the community living center first floor halls and walls at South Texas VA Health Care System. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5M. The magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
