Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Fishers, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Quote is to install a new lift station purchased by Fishers and supplied by BBC Pump and Equipment, all as further specified in the Quote Specifications ("Specifications"). This Quote only contains a base quote with no alternatives. Quoters shall assure that they have obtained complete sets of the Specifications and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in Quotes. Fishers reserves the right to reject any or all Quotes or to waive any informalities and to accept the Quote that it deems most favorable to Fishers after all Quotes have been examined and reviewed. Fishers shall award the contract for the public work to the lowest responsible and responsive quoter. All Quotes are subject to approval by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
