The City of Riverview is seeking proposals for the fuel station underground storage tank leak repair, removal and replacement of fuel pumps and concrete slab located at the Riverview Public Works Department- 18550 Krause St., City of Riverview, Michigan, 48193. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Questions are submitted online No SECTION I: RIVERVIEW DEPARTMENT PUBLIC WORKS FUEL STATION LEAK REPAIR, REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF FUEL PUMPS AND CONCRETE SLAB. Mobilization Disconnect and removing existing fuel dispenser, fuel master. Disconnect and remove existing two pumps and dispose. Remove existing light pole and Dispose. Saw cut and break out entire slab. Excavation for new conduits, wiring and expose of tank risers and dispenser at Islands. Clean out Diesel UST. Remove, replace of exist tank risers, Locate and fix the leak in tank risers. Install 4'X20', stainless steel, island form. Remove and replace four (4) 6" bumper posts. Replace under tank dispenser fiberglass piping as necessary. Install two (2) new APT FRP dispenser sumps with bottom entry piping. Install all new valves and fittings for dispenser connections. Install new APT flexible entry boots for piping and pumps in place of existing. Install two (2) new Wayne Reliance series G6200 mechanical fleet dispenser with 10:1 pulsar. Install two (2) new vertical check valves on existing product piping. Install four (4) new OPW 3/4 " nozzles, swivels, breakaways and 12' good-year hoses. Reinstall one fuel master 2500 in similar location to existing placement. Install new conduits and wiring from building to dispensers, light pole. And fuel management. Install new underground conduits and wiring existing from ATG to tanks for probes/sensors. Remove, Replace and locate leak in the 4' plug on top of UST that is allowing water into the tank video of leak is available. Install and supply Two 18" manholes. Install a Light pole, 15' with Two LED light fixtures. Proposed Concrete for Island form, bumper posts, island surround and trench cover with new 9" MDOT 21 AA crushed Limestone for base under the concrete. Soil Erosion and Sediment control, Inlet filter Restoration, clean-up, and related work. Sealed proposals will be received by the City Clerk, 14100 Civic Park Drive, Riverview, Michigan until 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time, Thursday, October 27, 2022, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud
