The qualifications will be to furnish a comprehensive energy efficient equipment retrofit, repair and modernization program for the St. Marys Area School District. The buildings to be included in the Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract Qualifications will include: St. Marys Area High School St. Marys Area School Middle School Fox Township Elementary School Bennetts Valley Elementary School South St. Marys Street Elementary School Qualifications must be submitted in the format required by the Request for Qualifications, and must comply with all applicable minimum qualifications, laws and regulations. For all those firms interested in submitting qualifications, attention is directed to Pennsylvania Legislature Act 39 of 2010 amended as ACT 163 of 2016 regarding guaranteed energy savings programs and public institutions. All proposed energy performance contracts and other financing arrangements proposed must be capable of being implemented under the laws and regulations of the State of Pennsylvania. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Law, approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442), as amended, and reference is made to the prevailing minimum wage rates applicable to this project which has been promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry.
