The system needs to be fully able to meet the chlorine production needs of the Water Treatment Plant; chlorination of filtrate effluent, and Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes. The City is seeking Proposals for full product systems from qualified and experienced vendors to provide a Water Treatment Plant On-Site Chlorine Generation System. Proposals submitted after the above-specified time or with incomplete or incorrect information will be considered non-responsive.
