Work to be performed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental thereto for the following: The work in this contract includes construction of approximately 850 LF of sidewalk, curb, and gutter on the north side of NE 142nd. Place between 278th Avenue NE and 282nd Place NE and other related activities as specified in the contract documents. The Work must be completed within 60 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed, with asphalt paving to be done in Spring 2023. The Bidder shall guarantee the total Bid price for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid opening.
