City is inviting proposals from qualified consultants to provide on-call Architectural and Engineering Design Services for various capital improvement projects for public buildings, parks, mobile home park and recreational facilities. To be considered for this contract, your firm must meet the proposal and satisfy the requirements as stated in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The scope of work is to provide on-call architectural and engineering design services for various capital improvement projects for public buildings, parks, mobile home park and recreational facilities to the City of La Habra in accordance with all provisions within this RFP. The work may include but not limited to architectural, structural, civil, lighting, data/telecommunications, graphics, renovation of buildings and facilities, ADA design, geotechnical engineering, land survey, audio & visual, electronic security design, parking structure, knowledge of various state and federal codes, LEED requirements, maintenance facilities, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP), HVAC, roofing, pergolas, park amenities, playgrounds, landscaping/irrigation, and concept drawings.
