A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City is seeking proposals for a professional services of a Landscape Architectural Consultant and Site/Civil/Electrical/Plumbing Sub-contractor for developing a vision for the new park open space and a public plaza improvements at City Hall Park. develop a Community consensus and develop construction documents for construction; sensitive to the sites Green Infrastructure improvements while satisfying the multiple interests and needs of the City and local Community groups. You must download the bid in order to receive any addenda(s) that may occur. Q & A deadline: Oct 14, 2022 4:00:00 PM EDT Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda will cause the bid to be considered non-responsive, and the bid will be rejected. Acknowledgement of receipt of each addendum must be clearly established and included with the bid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2 (e). The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
