Renovation of a fire / police facility in Federal Way, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The following constitutes an invitation to submit a sealed bid for the installation of new equip-ment to include an above-ground steel split cell (dual fuel capable) fuel tank with a remote filling location. Other required equip-ment; will include a Fuel Master Control station with automation per SKFR's requirements, as spec-ified below. South King Fire and Rescue ("SKFR") reserves the right, to qualify, or reject, any or all pro-posals as deemed to be in the best interest of SKFR. Furthermore, SKFR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or technicalities in any proposal when it is in the best interest of SKFR. Finally, SKFR reserves the right, to accept or reject any exception taken by the vendor to the terms and conditions of this Invitation to Bid.
