For Statewide Blanket Contracts for Professional Construction Inspection Services The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) through its Infrastructure Division is soliciting proposals for selection of Project Inspectors ("Inspector") to provide Construction Inspection Services for civil, commercial, and residential structures at various Owner Facilities referred to herein as "Facilities", in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals. Question Deadline 11/03/2022 at 2 PM The Facilities are located statewide in six (6) geographic regions, reference Attachment 2. The goal is to award an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract referred to herein as "Blanket Contract" to firms having offices within each region and to award a maximum of five (5) in each State Park region for a total of thirty (30) Blanket Contracts. Selection of the most highly qualified Inspectors will be based upon demonstrated competence and detailed credentials. Any contract entered into shall be based on fair and reasonable pricing to perform the Services (Ref. Scope of Work and Specifications - Section I, Subsection 6). Award of a Blanket Contract or subsequent Inspection Work Order under a Blanket Contract will not disqualify a firm from responding to any future TPWD projects for which a project specific RFP may be issued.
