Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Gilbert, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 27,745-square-foot municipal facility.
Plans call for the new ground up construction of an advocacy center to allow police, social workers, depart of child safety agents, office of child welfare investigations officials, prosecuting attorneys, on-site health care workers and others to work together to reduce the trauma experiences by victims of physical & sexual abuse. The project is funded through the federal and local funds and must meet the requirements associated with the Davis-Bacon Act. Construction will begin first quarter 2025 and must be complete by third quarter 2026. The project is bidding to a short list of general contracting firms who have previously been prequalified by the owner. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 10-11-2024.
