Saving Project...

Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,532-square-foot educational facility.

As Juniata College's Construction Manager, Poole Anderson is soliciting bids for the Learning Commons Special Collectioms in Huntingdon, PA. The project includes a portion of the basement construction of the existing Learning Commons Library. The building construction is Type IB, with an occupancy classification of A-3, assembly. The renovations include but not limited to new fire sprinkler system, HVAC system up-grades, new gypsum walls, and finishes including floors, walls and ceilings. The new space will be a separate project for the addition and renovation portion of the project that has already bid. Davis and Bacon wage rates DO APPLY. Wages are in the specifications. All bidder to hold their number for 60 days. This portion is being funded by a NEH Grant. Grant requirements are in the specifications. Please include provisions in your proposal for these requirements. Special Collections area including the circle floor opening. Nothing has been awarded from the Renovation and Addition portion of this project. This project will run concurrent with the additions and renovations project.
