Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Burke, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
As of December 19, project was awarded to J.V. Bailey Co., Inc., but awarded amount is not available. All bids shall be made on the bid packet included in this project manual. The Project includes the follow-ing work: 1. Concrete Deck Repair 2. Two Coat Bridge Deck Polymer Chip Seal The work on the proposed improvements is to be open to traffic by October 15, 2023. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's security as described. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds as described in the Bidding Documents. All bids shall be sealed, shall con-tain a deposit of the type specified, and may be filed with the Gregory County Auditor during normal office hours or hand carried to the meeting prior to the scheduled bid opening, as specified above. Gregory County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
