This contract provides for the construction of 10.98 miles of HMA overlay on Dodson Road, from MP 18.70 to MP 29.68, a two lane county road in Grant County, WA, and includes planing bituminous pavement, shoulder finishing, hot mix asphalt, guardrail, project temporary traffic control, painted centerline and edge line and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
