PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE Before signing the contract, the Service Provider whose name will be retained will be asked for a performance guarantee, these guarantees correspond to one or other of the following amounts: Under pain of being withdrawn from the Contract, the CONTRACTOR must, within FIFTEEN (15) days from the date of dispatch of the Notice of Award, provide the PUBLIC BODY with a guarantee of performance and a guarantee of the CONTRACTOR's obligations for pledges, materials and services, each of which must be for an amount equivalent to FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the amount of the contract, in the form of a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the performance bond and bond bond templates for wages, materials and services reproduced respectively in Appendices 4.01A and 4.01B of the document named ''Contract - UNIF-221111 ''. The contractual agreement is for a period of twelve (12) months beginning on December 1, 2022 and ending on July 21, 2023, or any other date agreed between the parties.
