Renovation of a municipal facility in Salem, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 63,000-square-foot municipal facility.
DAS Executive Building Renovation The existing Executive Building consists of a 1936 steel, concrete, and marble stone building and a 1978 steel and concrete building addition. The renovation projects consist of a seismic upgrade to the existing structure, replacing the existing curtain wall system, complete interior renovation including mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and plumbing systems, and modification to the interior building to be more set up for an open office environment. Construction is expected to begin in January of 2023 and be complete in January of 2024. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
