The City of Cincinnati (the "City"), through the Department of Community and Economic Development ("DCED"), is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC), Chapter 321 and City Manager Administrative Regulation 23 for the development of the subject property ("the Site") located at 1430 Martin Drive, Cincinnati Ohio 45202. DCED seeks proposals to activate the obsolete Eden Park Pump House located at 1430 Martin Drive. Through this RFP, DCED will ultimately pursue a long-term lessee to make substantial improvements to the Site and create a space that complements the existing amenities in Eden Park. The Site is located near the southeastern corner of Eden Park in the Mount Adams neighborhood of Cincinnati. The Site is located within the incorporated limits of the City of Cincinnati. Award Announced (Tentative) April 2023 All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing no later than Novemeber,18, 2022 at 11:00am ET.
