South Piedmont Community College OHC Renovations (Building A) The project consists of two buildings on the South Piedmont Community College OCH Campus. Existing "Building A" is about 82,000 sf and will be renovated to have a new main entry lobby and gallery space that complements the existing conference rooms along with a series of office and classroom spaces for various departments. "Building A" will have a new accessible covered drop off at the entry along with a new accessible exterior ramp entry. Existing "Braswell Building" will be renovated with some updated interior finishes and infrastructure to support health science classrooms and labs.
