Renovation of a fire / police facility in Kennewick, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Project was awarded to Ted Brown AVL with a total price of $135,042.16 including tax. The City of Kennewick is constructing a new Fire Station 1 facility. This new facility is located at 302 W. 10th Avenue in Kennewick. The estimated construction completion date is 6/23. The new facility has an Executive Conference room and a Training Room that will require Audio Visual systems to be provided and installed. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to engage a Contractor to provide and install the Audio Visual system for the Fire Station building being constructed. There will be no "pre-bid conference" or formal "bid opening". Qualifications and Proposals received by the deadline will be reviewed by the City, and selected firms may be invited to meet with selected City officials to discuss their proposal. Written technical questions regarding this RFP are required and should be directed to Jon Correio at City of Kennewick, Purchasing Department via e-mail at jon.correio@ci.kennewick.wa.us Please allow a minimum of 2 days response time. Deadline for questions to be submitted is Friday, October 21, 2022 at 2:00 PM Pacific time.
