For School of Business (Bldg. 90) - Building Automation System Upgrade The University of Louisville Procurement Services, on behalf of Physical Plant Department (PPD), will receive proposals to upgrade all remaining Robertshaw DMS and Niagara R2 building automation and control systems. Existing controllers or other controls including their associated wiring and tubing not designated for reuse shall be decommissioned and removed by the Control System Contractor. Decommissioning includes removing and/or updating any programming, trends, alarms, and graphics to reflect the changes. Removed controls shall be offered to the University. University shall be given 10 days to select and retain items; Controls System Contractor shall promptly dispose of any remaining items. The Contractor must provide and utilize the latest Niagara N4 server-based graphical user interface for new and existing controls. Provide new digital controller(s), databases, and provide new graphics, trends, reports, alarms for the existing building systems. The new system shall provide all current operations, features, performance, and capabilities. The Contractor must provide all permits, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, inspections and testing to complete the work as described herein. Materials, software and firmware shall be the latest available. Provide submittals including product data sheets and control drawings with point-to-point wiring diagrams and sequences of operation for review and approval be the Owner prior to starting work.
