Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pell City, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a office development; 11,840-square-foot transportation facility; water / sewer project; office development; and transportation facility.
The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. The Project includes by is not limited to construction of a proposed 2-Bay 148'x80' corporate hangar with interior office buildout along with associated approach concrete apron pavement section, vehicular parking area, site grading, utility improvements, and site restoration as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. Liquidated Damages are hereby reduced to $500 per calendar day of delay. *Carlisle Services LLC requests bids be submitted to: bids@cc.thecarlisleco.com no later than 03:00 PM on October 17, 2022.
