The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Renovation of a 763 square foot educational facility. As of October 7, 2022, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Bids are solicited for existing kitchen renovations and building addition of approximately 763 square 9 feet gross floor area. The building is of structural masonry cavity wall construction. It includes aluminum-framed windows and entrance system with insulating glass. The roof consists of single ply membrane EPDM roofing on steel deck and steel joists. The Work includes design-build plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work, interior finishes and related construction, including partitions, doors, food service equipment, landscape touch-up work, and other site improvements. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond or a certified check in the amount of 5% of the Bid shall accompany the bid.
