Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Low Point, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.

The work consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the Lennox Island First Nation (LIFN) Wharf Expansion located at Lennox Island, PE. In general, work under this contract will consist of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following: - Construction of a new Berlin Wall wharf system. - Construction of a new sheet piling and armourstone berm boat slip adjacent to the existing sheet pile wharf structure. - Construction of a new finger pier complete with concrete deck and cap beams on steel piles. - Harbor dredging, to the limits as indicated on the Plans. - Storage and drying of dredge material for re-use to construct new parking area. - Construction and removal of temporary surcharging of the parking area for a period of time not less than that indicated on the plans and specifications. - Supply and installation of mooring cleats, wheel guard, wheel guard blocking, fenders, ladders and associated hardware for new construction. - Supply and installation of all armor stone, granular material and hot asphalt pavement, and all associated excavation. - Supply and installation of water, sanitary, and storm drainage systems. - Re-location of existing building to location shown on the Plans. - Construction of new washroom and electrical building. - Electrical system upgrades as described on the Plans complete with coordination and tie-ins to the existing electrical utility service. - Relocation of the existing fuel tank complete with new concrete slab, new precast concrete containment system, and all necessary electrical and/or mechanical hook-ups. - Supply and install new winch system. - Other items as indicated on the Plans and Specifications.
