Georgia Piedmont Technical College (hereinafter, the State Entity) is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers interested in providing Janitorial Services for all of their campus locations. This Request for Qualified Contractors (RFQC) is intended to identify one or more responsible suppliers who meet or exceed the identified requirements contained herein. This RFQC will not result in contract award. Instead, this RFQC will establish a list of one or more qualified suppliers who will be eligible to participate to win future contracts from the college. Georgia Piedmont Technical College (GPTC), is a unit of the Technical College System of Georgia and an accredited institution of higher education. The main college campus is located in Dekalb County within the City of Clarkston. GPTC is requesting bids for Janitorial Services at all six (6) of their campus locations within DeKalb County and Newton County. The contractor will provide the janitorial services daily, weekly and monthly at all GPTC campus locations. The Successful Contractor is responsible for providing all equipment required to perform the requested janitorial services, including providing services for special events and 24-hour emergency services on an as needed basis. GPTC will provide all of the trash liners, paper towels, soap, and toilet paper for restrooms, classrooms and labs.
