Attention : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation which would lead to the tender being restrictive or conditional. IMPORTANT NOTICES The Company has removed the following forms from its contractual documents: Certificate relating to the probity of the tenderer ; Statement regarding lobbying activities. The content of these forms has been incorporated into the Instructions to Tenderers and declarations are now made by signing the Tender Form. Additional signature spaces have been added to the Submission Form to allow the signature of each member of a non-legally organized consortium when the latter has not identified a member, by proxy, to sign as the representative of the consortium. Recommendation for submission of tenders electronically In order to preserve the health of the personnel of its organization, the Company is implementing preventive measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the Company strongly recommends that bidders submit their bid electronically through the electronic bidding system. Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested that bidders make their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, in order to to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions . Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company that has obtained the contractual documents and does not submit a bid undertakes to complete the "Non-participation questionnaire" form included in the contractual documents and send it to the Company at the address of following email: infosoumission8@sqi.gouv.qc.ca . CONTRACT LENGTH The services covered by this call for tenders are required for a period of 36 months, starting January 1 , 2023 . SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 3% of the amount of the tender. When the tender is transmitted on paper, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, irrevocable letter of guarantee, certified cheque, money order or draft and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article "Tender guarantee".
