Contractor shall complete installation within 90 Days after award Description of Services. The primary objective of this statement of work (SOW) is to procure, install, and program security cameras, wall-mounted monitor, recording unit, hard drive, routers, cabling and support equipment for Fisher House located at 100 Bodin Circle. 2. Contractor shall perform the following work: 2.1. Install ten (10) commercial grade WiFi surveillance cameras at Fisher House I and II (Bldg 789 and 792 respectively) The locations are included below and include 1 outdoor and 3 indoor cameras for Fisher House I/Bldg 789 and 2 outdoor and 4 indoor cameras for Fisher House II/Bldg 792. 2.1.1. The cameras and connections must be tamper resistant, high resolution, weather proof, color, night vision, motion recording, commercial grade, for night and day monitoring of all accessible common areas, main access door, and exits (see below floor plans). The lenses must have focal lengths and field of views appropriate to the area served. 2.1.2. Lenses shall be fixed but internally adjustable to accommodate various room dimensions and lines of sight. Strength of lens must be sufficient enough to identify injured personnel and provide positive facial recognition. 2.1.3. Assemble and install the cameras to connect with the fiber optic lines and plastic cover wire hide to conceal wire for professional appearance provided by the contractor. 2.1.4. Provide, install and connect cable lines from buildings mechanical room to surveillance room or other approved area by Fisher House Manager. 2.2. The equipment shall be connected to the Fisher House WiFi/internet network, programmed and operational. Contractor will provide in-depth training on the proper use and maintenance of the complete surveillance system. 2.3. Provide all equipment, parts, and hardware necessary for installation and proper operation. Provide all inter-connections cabling required within all facilities.
