Site work for a municipal facility in Edwardsville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Proposed work consists of the furnishing and installation of ornamental iron fence at the City of Edwardsville Public Safety Facility located at 333 South Main St., Edwardsville, IL 62025. The contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILSC 130/1-12). The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the Contract Proposal. The City of Edwardsville reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
