The current Certificate of Responsibility Number of the bidder shall appear on the outside of each sealed envelope containing a proposal, said envelope being plainly marked "PROPOSAL FOR - West Harrison High School - Field House" Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond/security deposit or certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid, payable to the Harrison County School District as bid security. A Payment and Performance Bond and Builders Risk Insurance in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price shall be required of the successful bidder.
