For the PRIMARY LIFT STATION SUPPORT UP- GRADES project Description of the Project is as follows: This WORK consists of constructing a new reinforced concrete pad with aluminum guard rail and CATWALK around an existing concrete pedestal to house a new generator for The Village of Rochester. Partial bids will not be accepted. Attention is called to the fact that this project is subject to all requirements under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. A certiied check or bank draft, payable to the Village of Rochester, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety in an amount equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid for each Contract. The Village reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids, any or all bid items, or to waive any informalities in the bidding, and/or award process. Bids may be held by the Village for a period of 30 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualiications of Bidders, prior to awarding the Contract.
