The Building Additions and Renovations at Ridge Central Elementary, Ridge Lawn Elementary and Finley Middle Schools A. The Project consists of additions to Ridge Lawn Elementary School, 5757 West 105th Street and Finley Middle School, 10835 S. Lombard Avenue, Chicago Ridge, IL; and renovations to Ridge Central Elementary School, 10800 S. Lyman Avenue; Chicago Ridge, IL for Chicago Ridge School District 127.5, 6135 West 108th Street, Chicago Ridge, IL 60415, hereafter called the Owner, and is to be constructed in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by StudioGC, dated October 6, 2022. B. Scope: The Work includes the work of all trades required; and all the labor, materials, and equipment necessary and incidental to the construction and completion of the Work.
