Invoicing for printing and delivery will be done by SÉAO and the costs for the acquisition of plans and specifications are non-refundable. BRIEF DESCRIPTION The Center de services scolaire des Grandes-Seigneuries, as an agent of the Montérégie and Estrie Table of Suppliers, is requesting bids for the acquisition, on request, of flexible furniture for all Participating Establishments. CONTRACT LENGTH The contract is for a period of TEN (10) months from the date of its award. OPTIONS The Contract includes ONE (1) two (2) month renewal option. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE No bid security is required hereby. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE No guarantee of performance is required hereby. CHANGES RELATED TO THE CONTEXT OF PANDEMIC - CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) By submitting its bid during the COVID-19 period, the TENDERER is aware of the government measures and the economic context in force on the day of its submission. It will therefore not be possible for him to invoke them as a case of force majeure in order to avoid his obligations. However, it is possible that additional government measures or new unforeseeable events may occur after the award of the contract and thus affect the completion deadlines. In such a case, the PUBLIC BODY and the SERVICE PROVIDER will negotiate in good faith.
