The work will include, but is not limited to, the permitting, removal and replacement of the existing low slope roofing membrane. Accessory work will also include the flashings, parapet caps, blocking, insulation, roof drain strainer and pipe assembly, and warranty as outlined in the RFP. The District shall not be responsible for the inadvertent opening of any proposal not appropriately identified as required prior to the submission deadline. The bidder shall be solely responsible for the timely delivery of its proposal.
